Molly-Mae Hague took to Instagram on Sunday to ask for some help with some blank walls in her new £4million mansion, but a piece from fashion house Louis Vuitton pulled focus from the request for art recommendations
Molly-Mae Hague casually showed off some expensive designer goods when issuing her latest update from her interior’s account.
The former Love Island star, 22, recently bought her first property with boyfriend Tommy Fury, after being approved for a mortgage on a £4million mansion located in an affluent area in Cheshire.
Despite pledging to share less of her home online – after being targeted by thieves last year – Molly-Mae hasn’t been able to resist posting snippets of how she’s getting on in her new abode on a dedicated Instagram page, Molly-Maison.
In the latest update shared on Sunday, the soon-to-be author casually showed off a super-expensive makeup box, as she asked her followers for art recommendations.
Posing in front of a marble table in her dream home, the PrettyLittleThing Creative Director’s gold-clasp Louis Vuitton luggage could be spotted taking pride of place on top of books about the French fashion house.
“Happy Sunday my lovers [angel emoji] (Job on the list- find a huge piece of artwork to go on the wall behind… HELP,” Molly-Mae captioned the snap to her 1m followers on her spin-off Instagram account.
The Cofret Tresor 24 Case seen in the image is currently available to purchase on the Louis Vuitton website – with an eyewatering £3,650 price tag!
The medium-sized treasure case is advertised by the luxury fashion house as being the perfect home for “letters, jewellery or other small treasures”.
Earlier this year, Molly-Mae explained why she had decided to keep sharing footage and snaps of her home – despite being targeted by burglars last year in her old Manchester flat.
The former Islander and boxer Tommy were left “heartbroken” when thieves ransacked their rented apartment while they attended an event in London.
Shortly after the £800k raid, Molly-Mae took to her YouTube channel to open up about the traumatic experience and why she will not be giving fans a tour of her new home.
“For mine and Tommy’s safety I just can’t risk that anymore,” she confessed during her emotional vlog.
However unveiling her new home on Instagram in March, the influencer wrote: “I can’t believe we have actually gotten to this point.
“A three year search for our first home which some of you have followed has finally come to an end.
“I know a lot of you won’t have expected me to do a home account as I have become a lot more private about what I post about our personal life – however, having a home account is something that I have always dreamed of doing.”
Continuing to explain her decision, she added: “I’ve decided that I don’t want the past to control my future, the way I live my life, and the things I share with you guys.
“I hope you all enjoy.”
